Our client is an award-winning hedge fund with a strong presence across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan. Due to significant business growth, they are now seeking a highly detail-oriented administrative leader to join their team in Taiwan. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to play a key role in a fast-growing, award-winning investment firm.
About the Role
Directly reporting to the COO of the company, you will be responsible for:
- Financial Management: You'll oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, reimbursements, and expense tracking. You'll also work closely with external accountants and auditors to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Office & Executive Support: This is about keeping the office running smoothly. You'll manage office supplies and facilities, coordinate travel and schedules for senior leaders, and organize key company events and meetings.
- Human Resources Administration: You'll be the go-to person for all HR administration. Your tasks will include managing the full onboarding process for new hires, handling employee benefits, and supporting the team with recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews.
- Compliance: This role requires a high level of discretion. You’ll assist with compliance and regulatory filings, helping to ensure the company follows all internal and external policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years finance, admin, or HR experience, ideally in financial or legal services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
- Possesses exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient Mandarin and English.
