about the job.- Manage daily office affairs and office set up, including cleaning schedule and liaising with the building management.
- Arrange and receive international deliveries (e.g. FedEx, DHL, SF Express)
- Replenishing pantry and office supplies
- Coordinate with other global offices on conference calls/meetings
- Arranging repairs for office damages
- Making flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation for staff
Personal Assistant to Company Executive (ONLY when in Hong Kong)
- Assist with drafting presentations, letters, etc.
- Assist with managing any personal needs of Executive Chairman and other Executives when any of them are in Hong Kong (including booking hotels, travel and restaurants, organizing in-office lunches, etc.)
skills & experiences required.- Good written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
