Own the full project lifecycle for regional infrastructure initiatives, encompassing initial budgeting, resource allocation, detailed planning, and final benefit realization.
Drive the delivery of key infrastructure projects focused on Corporate Office environments, including hardware upgrades, system refreshment, and user experience (UX) improvements.
Lead all IT aspects of new office build-outs and site relocations and ensure seamless technology deployment (LAN/WLAN, A/V, Security) in new facilities.
Manage procurement and implementation for technology projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and corporate quality standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between diverse APAC team members and key business stakeholders across different departments.
Develop and present clear, consistent project status reports, risk registers, and financial variance reports to regional leadership.
Oversee and manage all regional third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects adhere to corporate standards and local regulations.
Ensure successful operational handover of all new infrastructure to local support teams, including final sign-off and comprehensive documentation.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 5 years of dedicated IT Project Management experience, with demonstrated success in infrastructure and system deployment projects.
Proven Regional Exposure (APAC) managing technology rollouts across multiple sites, with experience in corporate office build-outs and technology refreshes.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2) is advantage.
Strong understanding of corporate LAN/WLAN and hardware upgrade cycles, coupled with expertise in project financial management, budgeting, and procurement.
Highly effective communication and influencing skills for coordinating with internal APAC teams and managing diverse business stakeholder expectations.
