Our client is a well-established organization currently seeking a Network Engineer to join their business.

about the job.

• Design, configure, and install network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, etc.
• Perform network maintenance, including system upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor and suggest solutions for network performance and integrity.
• Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve network-related issues.

skills & experiences required.

• Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferable.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and technologies (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN).
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other network hardware and software.
• Familiarity with network technologies and security principles, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, network monitoring tools, and access control.
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English speaking is required, and current residence in Hong Kong with a valid work permit is a must.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
