what you’ll do
Reporting to the Medical Team, you will serve as the primary scientific bridge between the company and the medical community. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, driving scientific exchange and ensuring patients have access to life-changing medicines.

Scientific Exchange: Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within the Dermatology and Nephrology sectors.
Pipeline Launch Support: Provide medical insights and scientific support to prepare the market for upcoming portfolio expansions (including future pipelines in CNS and Ophthalmology).
Insight Generation: Gather and analyse field intelligence to support the Brand Team and Medical Advisor in crafting agile medical strategies.
Medical Education: Deliver high-quality medical education presentations to external stakeholders and provide internal scientific training to the sales and marketing teams.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere strictly to the HKAPI Code of Practice, company SOPs, and local regulations.
skills & experiences required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline is required. (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s degree is highly desirable).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs or the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Clinical Research, GCP, and the HKAPI Code of Practice. Competence in Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting.
Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
