The Marketing Manager is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and direction for the brand, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a holistic, end-to-end role covering strategy, execution, and analysis.

- Define the vision and direction for the brand, ensuring all campaigns directly align business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, through-the-line marketing campaigns, content strategies, and go-to-market plans for new offerings.
- Identify market trends and plan event to expand brand awareness and positioning.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and brand metrics to formulate continuous improvement plans.
- Lead collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure budget control.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, event management,brand building.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, strong execution capability, and exceptional organizational, scheduling, and on-site management skills.
- Great communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
