As a Marketing Executive, you will provide comprehensive support to the Asia Corporate and Finance practice groups across the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. This is a 360-degree marketing role involving:
- Event Management: Planning and end-to-end coordination of high-profile seminars, conference sponsorships, and corporate hospitality.
- Business Development: Coordinating marketing trips, conducting market research, and performing database analysis to drive growth.
- Content & Digital: Managing content for the firm’s intranet, website, and social media; distributing client updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Pitching & Awards: Assisting in the development of sophisticated proposals and pitches; coordinating submissions for prestigious industry awards and league tables.
- Global Alignment: Liaising with international BD&M colleagues to ensure brand consistency across all global initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
We are specifically looking for candidates currently in Professional Services (e.g., Accounting, Consulting, Real Estate, Banking) or other corporate sectors who wish to pivot into a leading legal environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing-related experience.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for regional communication.
