As the Marketing Director, you will lead the strategic vision and operational excellence for the company’s global brand portfolio. You will be responsible for transitioning the marketing function from founder-led execution to a structured, world-class department.
Main/Primary Duties:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the overarching marketing roadmap for global flagship events, ensuring brand integrity across multiple geographies.
Team Build-out: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of specialists (Social Media, Growth, Content) to execute complex campaigns.
Channel Mastery: Oversee data-driven growth initiatives, social media dominance, and compelling messages to drive ticket sales and global visibility.
Stakeholder Integration: Collaborate with the Commercial Director and cross-functional teams (Sponsors, Speakers, Community) to ensure marketing efforts support multi-million dollar revenue goals.
Brand Evolution: Stay at the forefront of industry trends in Web3, AI, and FinTech to keep the brand’s narrative cutting-edge and influential.

Strategic Pedigree: Proven experience leading marketing for a global brand or large-scale international events.
Startup Agility: Ability to build "operational plumbing" and structures within a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
Industry Interest: While Web3 experience is not mandatory, a genuine passion for the frontier tech space (AI, Crypto, FinTech) is essential.
