As the Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic lead for all brand and performance marketing initiatives across the credit card and personal loan portfolios. Your primary objective is to enhance brand equity and drive customer acquisition through sophisticated digital and traditional channels.
Your main duties include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive the growth of credit card and personal loan products.
- Leading the employer and corporate branding initiatives to position the company as a top-of-mind choice for both customers and talent.
- Driving the digital transformation agenda, optimizing performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media engagement.
- Managing substantial marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns.
- Collaborating with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business revenue targets.
- Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from creative conceptualization to post-campaign data analysis.
skills & experiences required.
- A minimum of 10–12 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Sector Expertise: Proven track record within Financial Institutions (FI), Banking, or Consumer Finance is highly preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of Credit Cards and Personal Loan products is a major advantage.
- Branding Mastery: Exceptional skills in brand building and employer branding to differentiate the company in a competitive landscape.
- Digital Savvy: Deep expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, including data analytics and performance-based growth.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire a diverse team.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
