As a Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing, develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the educational community.

Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email, and print.
Create and develop compelling content for various communication channels, such as newsletters, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring all material is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain and update official websites and social media channels, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide assistance with the organization and promotion of school events, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors and internal teams.
Support the marketing team by tracking campaign performance, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing are advantageous.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
