about the team.As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will be directly reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, fostering client growth and increasing the visibility of the Firm globally.

about the job.

• Prepare legal directories and award submissions, tracking deadlines and collaborating with partners and fee earners.
• Update and maintain marketing materials, including the firm's deal list, brochures, and lawyer profiles.
• Manage the firm’s English and Chinese websites for the Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen offices.
• Assist in preparing pitch documents and capability statements in both English and Chinese.
• Coordinate client-facing events, presentations, and webinars, including venue management, RSVPs, and ROI analysis.
• Develop social media plans for the Asian market, specifically creating and scheduling content for WeChat.
• Support business development trips by managing documentation, logistics, and budget coordination.
• Maintain the employer brand and support employee engagement initiatives alongside the HR team and Social Committee.
• Conduct competitor analysis and generate performance reports to inform future communication and digital marketing plans.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 2-3 years of marketing and BD experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Executive level.
• Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Technical familiarity with InterAction, Wordpress, and Vuture is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and SEO activities.
• High level of attention to detail in copywriting and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who is proactive in sharing new ideas and staying updated on market trends.
