• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies that facilitate the transition to new finance operating models and digital workflows.
• Lead the people-centric side of finance transformation, ensuring high adoption rates and minimal resistance during the migration to Oracle Cloud environments.
• Conduct detailed impact assessments to identify how shifts in financial processes will affect different business units and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and manage communication plans that provide transparency and clarity to all levels of the organization regarding transformation milestones.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at upskilling finance professionals on Oracle Cloud modules and updated internal controls.
• Manage the cultural shift toward continuous improvement, encouraging a mindset of agility and technological proficiency within the finance team.
• Track and report on change management metrics to demonstrate the ROI of transformation efforts and ensure project sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years+ experience in finance transformation/ change management
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud, with a clear understanding of its impact on financial reporting and operations is a MUST
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical changes into relatable, actionable narratives for non-technical staff.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and measure the success of adoption strategies.
