Strategic & Financial Orchestration:
Orchestrate the yearly strategic and financial planning process, ensuring seamless integration and alignment from conception to final reporting.
Engage with department leaders to crystallize and advance the company's medium-to-long-term vision, acting as a central driver for corporate change programs and ensuring cross-departmental synergy in executing key initiatives.
Innovation & Venture Building:
Spearhead the identification and incubation of new ventures and growth engines that align with the company's overarching strategy, particularly within the Insurance, Investment, and Wealth (IIW) sectors.
Oversee the lifecycle of new business concepts, from initial assessment and modeling through to the incubation phase, ensuring they meet strategic and risk-appetite criteria.
Champion the build-out of the company's Wealth-Tech ecosystem, defining the required capabilities and driving their implementation to enhance our market position.
Intelligence, Marketing & Stakeholder Relations:
Deliver actionable intelligence on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to equip senior leadership for critical decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft powerful go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate our strategic value proposition and deepen engagement with business partners.
Serve as a key conduit for shareholder relations, responsible for delivering clear and consistent updates on the progress of major strategic projects and core work plans.

Education & Experience: Holds a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Investment, or a related field. Possesses a minimum of six years of professional experience, ideally with a diverse background spanning product innovation, investment, project management, and strategic planning.
Industry Acumen: Demonstrates a solid grasp of the financial services landscape, including a variety of products and a firm understanding of risk management principles.
Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits superior communication, with a proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and negotiate favorable outcomes.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling, high-impact reports and presentations tailored for senior executive audiences.
Language Proficiency: Complete professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for this role.
