A leading regional logistics provider specializing in cold chain and high-value asset transportation. They are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join their mid-stream operations team.

• Coordinate and track daily inbound and outbound shipments across local and regional transport networks.
• Prepare and validate all shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and delivery orders.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure cargo is staged, labeled, and loaded according to schedule.
• Monitor real-time vehicle tracking systems to provide accurate ETA updates to the customer service team.
• Resolve transit issues such as vehicle breakdowns, route diversions, or delivery discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain organized digital logs of all freight costs and transit times to assist in monthly performance reporting.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Logistics Coordinator or Officer role.
• Strong familiarity with local transport regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cargo handling.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data entry and tracking.
