- Process and manage all supply chain operation transactions using the SAP system.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the key account, handling inquiries and providing high-quality after-sales customer service via email and phone.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Shipping, Planners, QA, and Finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with external suppliers and end-customers to manage expectations and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare regular KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and measurement reports for management review.
skills & experiences required.
- Post-secondary education or above.
- 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
- Well-organized, proactive, independent, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience in using ERP or WMS systems (especially SAP) is a significant advantage.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
