What You'll Do:
... - Independently review, investigate, and approve complex life and health claims, specializing in inpatient services.
- Act as the primary claims expert for our high-end customers, ensuring a compassionate and efficient process.

- Manage a portfolio of inquiries from various teams and handle customer complaints.
- Ensure service turnaround times and SLA targets are consistently met.

We Are Looking For:
- A university degree with an FLMI qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in life and health claims, with a track record of handling complex cases.
- Proven expertise in inpatient claims.
- A strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of accuracy.
