Key Duties:
* Assist attorneys with the coordination, organisation, and interpretation of legal documents.
* Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research.
* Support the corporate team on various commercial and corporate matters.
* Help verify corporate and legal documents, and assist in preparing verification notes and prospectuses.
* Draft general correspondence and other legal documents.
* Handle various ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Law or equivalent with good academic results
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Corporate/ IPO
* Strong understanding of governing rules and regulations in US and China legal systems
* Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (read and write)
