- Lead the execution of equity and debt capital market transactions, including HKEX IPOs and US registered offerings, managing the full cycle of the IPO
- Draft relevant transaction and legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memorandums and legal opinions in both English and Chinese
- Act as a primary liaison for clients, internal deal teams and regulatory bodies (including the SEC and HKEX) to ensure adherence to cross border regulatory frameworks
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- Experienced with relevant HK/ US Capital Markets
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
