• Manage cyber transformation projects, aligning with strategies, policies, and procedures; establish project governance frameworks
• Develop, track, and communicate project deliverables (plans), scope, and success criteria; ensure alignment with organizational goals; monitor performance and manage risks
• Present project objectives, plans, progress, updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements with business context; collaborate with experts to ensure project delivery and stakeholder buy-in
• Collaborate on security execution: architecture design, solution research, documentation, testing, configuration, training, and support
• Manage vendor engagement and track progress using a consolidated project plan; facilitate compliant procurement

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, operations, solution implementations, and/or project management. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior specialist or management positions
• Demonstrated experience implementing cybersecurity solutions
• Strong analytical skills to understand, visualize, analyze, and resolve complex project issues; experience with various project management and governance methodologies
• Effective problem-solving abilities, including problem analysis, option evaluation, and solution recommendation; ability to consider both end-user and technical perspectives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills; client-facing or management consultancy experience preferred
