Prospecting potential clients through cold calling, personal networking, etc.
Negotiate and manage contract renewals and amendments to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and expand service offerings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience
Candidates with business development / key account management / logistics background
Strong in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
