- Mastering the end-to-end procurement process for specialized travel products.
- Collaborating with suppliers and partners to manage project inquiries.
- Supporting product development by coordinating quotations and samples based on client specifications.
- Monitoring cost efficiency and managing budgets for various projects.
- Tracking production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Researching and identifying new product opportunities.
- Coordinating and monitoring shipments with logistics partners and factories.

- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Textiles, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing roles; fresh graduates are welcome! Experience in textiles, amenity bags, or cosmetics is a plus.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills.
- Demonstrated good communication and problem-solving abilities.
