Collaborate with the team to engineer high-performance fintech services and APIs for new features and corporate enhancements.
Perform development, configuration, and maintenance on existing and upcoming enterprise applications.
Create technical specifications and actively participate in design using Java in a multi-threaded environment.
Convert complex business requirements from stakeholders into effective, modern technical solutions.
Execute quality control and monitoring activities, including integration, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
Share knowledge and foster enthusiasm for modern software engineering techniques within the team.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Practical experience designing, developing, and deploying systems using Microservices Architecture.
Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and MS SQL/NoSQL.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
