- Take full ownership of the Google Workspace migration project, from initial scoping and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and closure across Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, and APAC countries. .
- Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including C-Level executives. Proactively manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assess the organizational impact of the Google Workspace migration, develop, and implement change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs, to drive user adoption.
- Leverage your hands-on understanding of Google Workspace tools and technology to guide the migration process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices for a seamless transition.
- Proactively identify, assess, and document potential project risks; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Accountable for the strategy and execution of migrating user accounts, permissions, and access rights securely and accurately.
- At least 6 years of IT project implementation experience, with significant, demonstrable experience in leading collaboration and productivity tools migration
- Proven track record as a Project Manager on medium-to-large scale, international projects.
- Good technical and functional understanding of the Google Workspace platform e.g. Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Admin Console, etc.
- Familiarity with migration tools, technologies, and methodologies for Microsoft 365/Office 365 to Google Workspace transitions.
- Proven ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within teams across diverse, geographically dispersed locations
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders up to C-Level.
- A mature, proactive self-starter, capable of working independently and managing pressure.
