- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of complex IT programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standads.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives in Hong Kong and overseas to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Agile Delivery: Dive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams within the Agile/Scrum environment.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to maintain the SDLC & deliverables to ensure positive outcomes
- Risk & Governance: Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure robust governance is maintained across all project streams.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management in the technology area, with prior experience overseeing complex, end-to-end IT initiatives from initiation to completion for digital transformation purposes.
- Professional experience within the property, real estate, or construction industries or a background working for a major service provider or consulting firm with relevant project experience.
- Previous experience with projects involving financial systems or data would be a significant advantage..
- Solid experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to translate and explain technical ideas to senior stakeholders without a technical background.
- Experince in identifying potential risks and suggesting workable solutions to address issues.
- Proven resource management and performance management experience for external vendors.
- Professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- PMP/CSM or relevant certification is preferable.
