Purpose The purpose of this role is to deliver comprehensive information technology services and digital solutions to meet the Company's needs. This includes structuring IT-related activities and interactions between the IT technical team and both internal users and external stakeholders. Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various product owners and business users to gather requirements for new project implementations, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organize frontline training, and provide support for daily operations and inquiries.
- Offer expertise in procedural design, user requirements, and functional specifications for system enhancements related to life insurance products.
- Serve as a liaison between end users across all levels and IT teams during project implementations.
- Design, estimate, implement, and support new product designs/campaigns, operational designs, and system applicability.
- Monitor market trends and provide innovative recommendations to stay informed about customer needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, including budget oversight.
