- Act as the key thought leader and architect for the innovation roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create seamless customer experiences, improve operational efficiency or generate new revenue streams.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to recommend creative and actionable solutions that drive business growth or resolve complex operational obstacles.
- Critically evaluate existing business processes and implement digital transformation initiatives that significantly enhance efficiency and agility.
- Lead the innovation team and collaborate with other technical departments through the lifecycle of "first-of-a-kind" projects, ensuring creative concepts are translated into scalable, functional realities.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to research, staying ahead of global technology trends and conducting deep-dive studies into how emerging tech can be applied to the business.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role with a strong emphasis on innovation, emerging technologies, process re-engineering, or digital transformation.
- With a highly creative mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and commercial business outcomes.
- Strong track used case record and understanding of the latest technologies and market trends across multiple areas, including but not limited to AI & machine learning, robotics, mechanical engineering, software development, or automation.
- Exceptional business acumen. Must possess a strong ability to communicate, present, and build trusted relationships with both technical teams and non-technical senior leaders.
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach with a passion for leveraging modern technology to solve real-world business challenges.
- Knowledge of leading project implementation, change management and resource management
- Proficiency in English; experience working and studying overseas is a significant advantage.
