As an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical aptitude, you will be instrumental in supporting complex technology solution implementations within a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.
about the job.- Analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement areas and define effective solution options.
- Lead stakeholder engagement (interviews, workshops) to elicit, define, prioritise, and document user stories, backlogs, and project requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including process flows, requirements, user guides, and support materials to facilitate understanding and smooth transitions.
- Partner closely with business, IT, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure seamless project execution, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication channels.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, technology, or cybersecurity, preferably gained within enterprise-level environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in analytical techniques such as SWOT analysis, feasibility studies, and interface analysis.
- The ability to approach problem-solving from both an end-user and a technical perspective, understanding and resolving difficult issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a client-facing role or management consultancy is highly preferred.
