- Support the IPO listing process by assisting in the drafting of prospectuses and ensure all HKEX submissions meet rigorous regulatory standards
- Execute comprehensive due diligence inquiries and perform legal research to facilitate the preparation of transaction documents
- Maintain communications with clients and external parties and manage administrative tasks
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Corporate Paralegal (HK IPO)
- Strong academic background and previous international law firm exposure is preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is required
