Reporting into the Managing Director, the individual will be responsible in developing strategies to ensure a positive corporate brand image towards the public whilst also focusing on the delivery of financial communications to existing and potential investors. ...

Develop and release financial reports (annual/semi/bi-annual), investor presentations and performance materials to the public
Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings and roadshows with potential investors to drive the engagement with external stakeholders
Conduct market and industry research to be up-to-date with the capital and real-estate market and industry trends
Develop financial communications/publications towards the public and media covering and addressing potential concerns/questions and/or showcase the direction/projects of the organization
Maintain relations and engagement with relevant media partners
Develop and implement investor relations strategies to strengthen brand presence and awareness to investors and public

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of public relations or external communications focusing on investor relations
Experience within the Real Estate/Property sector is a bonus
Experience with a listed company and/or real estate is a preferred
Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, with fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and strong project management
Self-motivated and resilient
