Deal Sourcing & Strategy: Proactively identify and source high-potential Angel and early-stage investment opportunities within the Hard & Core Technology sectors across the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
End-to-End Investment Management: Lead the entire investment process, including preliminary screening, comprehensive due diligence (technical, financial, and legal), financial modeling, term sheet negotiation, and execution.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technology trends (e.g., Semiconductors, Robotics, AI, Advanced Materials) and prepare high-quality investment memos to support the Investment Committee’s decisions.
Post-Investment Support: Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic value-add services to assist startups in scaling and securing subsequent funding rounds.
Ecosystem Building: Develop and maintain a robust network with GBA-based research institutes, incubators, tech hubs, and fellow VC firms to ensure a steady deal flow.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or a related investment role, with a proven track record in Angel-stage hard tech investments.

Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical information into persuasive presentations for executive stakeholders.
