Spearhead the entirepre-deal investmentlifecycle, from initial screening and evaluation to the execution of transactions across diverse sectors and geographies.
Conduct in-depth due diligence, including commercial and financial analysis, business reviews, and robust financialmodeling to identify and mitigate potential investment risks.
Manage relationships and liaise with external legal and financialadvisors to conduct thorough due diligence on prospective portfolio companies.
Proactively identify,analyze, and assess investment risks, working closely with legal teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to provide guidance on operational matters.
Review andanalyze transaction documentation to ensure the firm's interests are protected.
Analyze complex data to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for the investment committee and key stakeholders.

skills & experiences required.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment management, or a related field within the PE/VC ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or professional qualifications such as CPA orCFA are highly advantageous.
Proven experience in the full transaction cycle, frompre-deal evaluation to post-deal support.
Experience in fundraising activities is considered a plus.
Exceptional ability to manage relationships with senior management and external consultants.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
