Our client is a well-established organization currently seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of HRIS for the business. - Oversee the full lifecycle of HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live optimization, and customization.
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders in HR departments to align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including training, communication, and user adoption plans, to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors to meet project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Generate documentation with the team, such as project proposals, business cases, status reports, etc.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience focusing on managing end-to-end HRIS project implementations and change management.
- Proven track record in an in-house HRIS project management role; a mixed background with solution providers or consulting firms is also welcome.
- Good understanding of HR processes, such as Core HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, onboarding & offboarding, and recruitment would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with system migration, integration, and customization of HRIS.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English speaking is required, and current residence in Hong Kong with a valid work permit is a must.
- Strong experience in budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder management.
