Key Responsibilities:
1.Actively acquire new retail and professional trading clients;
2.Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or agents;
3.Grow client trading activity and overall business volume;
4.Maintain long-term relationships with active clients and partners;
5.Work closely with operations, risk and trading teams to support daily business;
6.Represent the company in client meetings, platform demos and business discussions.
