As the Product Lead, you will own the entire product ecosystem. You will be responsible for transitioning the prototype into a market-ready consumer product and managing the ongoing lifecycle of the software.

Main/Primary Duties:

End-to-End Ownership: Lead the development and deployment of the software ecosystem connecting IoT gym equipment, wearables, and user applications.
AI Integration: Implement and oversee AI-supported development workflows to maintain a high velocity within a small team structure.
Product Roadmap: Partner with the Founder to translate the brand’s vision into technical requirements for upcoming product launches and firmware updates.
Architecture & Scaling: Design a robust, scalable backend capable of handling real-time data from thousands of concurrent users post-launch.
Vendor & Security Management: Manage integrations with third-party APIs and ensure top-tier data security for user biometric information.

skills & experiences required.

Experience: 6+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or "Lead" capacity (ideally within a startup or IoT environment).
IoT & Wearables: Proven track record of shipping software that interfaces with hardware/sensors (Bluetooth, ANT+, or similar protocols).
AI-Native Workflow: Proficiency in using AI coding assistants and automation tools to streamline the development lifecycle.
Full-Stack Capability: Strong command of modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React Native, or Flutter) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Mindset: A "builder" who thrives working independently and is comfortable with the ambiguity of a pre-launch environment.
