As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be the chief architect of the organization's brand and ecosystem influence. Your role is to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city by fostering strategic alliances across industry, academia, and government.
- Strategic Leadership: Execute strategies to reinforce leadership within the I&T ecosystem across HK, the GBA, and international markets.
- Market Expansion: Partner with the business development team to drive growth and accelerate market presence in Mainland China and globally.
- Corporate Communications: Oversee the creation of high-impact content for press, social media, and speeches, ensuring brand consistency.
- Alliance Building: Develop and nurture four strategic alliances with Microelectronics, Smart Mobility, Fintech & ESG, and Contech & Protech verticals.
- Public Representation: Act as the face of the organization at public forums and high-level engagement activities.
- Event Management: Lead the planning of large-scale corporate events, conferences, and product launches to maximize brand visibility.
skills & experiences required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in ecosystem engagement, strategic partnerships, or corporate communications, ideally within the ICT or I&T sector.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to engage with government bodies and high-level stakeholders to drive regional collaborations.
- Leadership: An assertive and resilient leader with a track record of managing teams and delivering results under pressure.
- Language: Exceptional command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is essential.
