About the Company

Our client is a reputable family office with international presences. They develop, own and operate a diversified commercial portfolios (office, retail) and residential development in the region. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with sound track record of facilities management exposures to join their in-house Facility department.

About the Role

Directly reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the C-suites, they are currently seeking a Head of Facility Management to lead and strategize their facility management operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing an in-house team and external vendors.

• Strategic leadership to manage a large in-house team to ensure smooth facility operations, managing end-to-end facilities management, including hard services (planned maintenance work and special AA&I projects) as well as soft services (security, cleaning, event support services, landscapes) and energy saving, sustainability
• Closely liaise with internal department and teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
• Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
• Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in facility management/ engineering services or equivalent
• Around 15 years’ relevant experience in facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as leadership position in a sizeable company
• Excellent leadership skills with sound track record of leading a sizeable / diversified portfolios
• Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
