- Brand Leadership & Governance: Design and implement a robust brand architecture and governance framework that ensures consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Strategic Evolution: Lead brand (re)positioning efforts for the local market while spearheading brand development strategies for Mainland China and international expansion.
- Creative & Heritage Oversight: Manage the internal creative agency to deliver high-impact design solutions. Uniquely, you will also oversee the organization’s historical archives and museum operations, ensuring heritage is preserved and digitized for modern engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a "Center of Excellence" lead, aligning senior stakeholders and internal business units behind a unified brand vision and transformation roadmap.
- Integrated Campaigns: Utilize deep audience insights to launch large-scale corporate brand campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments and government stakeholders.
skills & experiences required.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale conglomerate, premium sports brand, or world-class entertainment group.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in developing complex brand architectures and navigating brand transitions in highly regulated industries.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, from creative designers to archivists, while managing significant annual budgets.
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly preferred given the regional expansion focus.
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
