Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and provide proactive wellness advice to promote long-term community health.
Monitor and manage long-term conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) in accordance with clinical protocols.
Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and coordinate seamless transitions to secondary or tertiary care.
- Clearly communicate medical findings and treatment plans to patients and their families to ensure high levels of health literacy and adherence.
job requirements:
Holder of a Medical Degree and currently registered with the Medical Council of Hong Kong (MCHK) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience post-internship; experience in private primary care or family medicine is highly preferred.
Possession of a Diploma in Family Medicine, Child Health, or Dermatology will be considered a distinct advantage.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
