About the Company

Our client is a listed client with wide range of high quality complex commercial portfolios in Hong Kong. They develop, own and operate high-end complex commercial, retail, office portfolios in Hong Kong and China. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader in facilities management exposures to join their well-established team.

About the Role

Directly reporting to CEO, as General Manager (Facility Management), you will be responsible for

Day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance works as well as CAPEX projects (A&A, fitting out works) for group’s portfolios, mainly commercial portfolios
Provide and offer technical advice to facility management & operation teams
Closely liaise with operation teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program
Prepare annual budget for routine O&M works and ad-hoc projects (minor works, A&A, expansion, redevelopment)

Job Requirements

Degree holder in building services engineering/ E&M engineering/ building surveying/ building engineering or equivalent
18 years’ relevant experiences or above in property management/ facilities management/ developers with supervisory experiences
Prior experiences in managing commercial complex experiences with China exposures
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
