- Prepare formation documents and agreements, while coordinating with international financial regulators and registries to meet all statutory requirements.
- Liaise with clients and advise them on the formation, maintenance and dissolution of fund structures and related entities.
- Manage the upkeep of records, and facilitate the processes for international filings.
skills & experiences required.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Paralegal within Corporate or Funds
- International law firm background is preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is required
