Work closely with the development team to build and deliver components for both client-facing and internal operations platforms following industry best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide workable solutions that balance strategic goals with short-term business objectives.
Research and identify innovative solutions in line with technology trends to demonstrate how technology can solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Maintain scalable back-end services, ensuring seamless integration with databases and RESTful APIs.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and ensure code integrity through rigorous testing and version control via Git.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role, focusing on full-stack development with Node.js and React.
Solid knowledge of concepts such as version control, microservices, and CI/CD.
Experience working with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and Docker is highly advantageous.
Proven experience using AI technologies (such as GitHub Copilot) to enhance software development processes is a plus.
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
Proficient in written and spoken English; currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior role.
