As the Events & Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end execution of high-profile corporate events and marketing initiatives across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the wider Asia region. Your role is pivotal in strengthening client relationships through flawless delivery and strategic market positioning.
- Strategic Event Leadership: Lead the concept development, procurement, and execution of bespoke social events, C-suite seminars, regional conferences, and internal leadership offsites
- Brand & Communications: Oversee marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and premium gift procurement to ensure brand consistency.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive surveillance on industry trends, competitor activities, and luxury venue/vendor landscapes in Greater China.
- Data Strategy: Utilize CRM tools to curate elite mailing lists, track ROI on business development activities, and manage client touchpoints.
- Financial Oversight: Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and post-event financial reporting.
skills & experiences required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in events management and marketing, preferably within professional services (Legal, Consulting, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking, etc).
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential for regional stakeholder management.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM and E-marketing tools is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: A polished, professional demeanor with the "gravitas" to influence senior partners and navigate high-pressure environments with discretion.
