Our client is a prestigious, world-renowned organization celebrated for setting the global standard in gastronomy, hospitality, and premium experiences. They operate high-profile events internationally, connecting elite culinary professionals, media, and consumers. They are currently looking for an Event Project Manager to join the team.

The Event Project Manager will:

• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of a wide range of premium events, including Gala dinners, Media conferences, Trade seminars, Food festivals, Private dinners, Wine tasting events, and premium Gastronomy experiences.
• Manage all aspects of online events, such as Webinars, Masterclasses, and Live shows.
• Create compelling and creative proposals that effectively meet client and partner objectives.
• Maintain strict control over project costs and budgets.
• Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Provide necessary support to Accounts Management functions.
• Support regional event organization and logistics across various Asia cities.

• Degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in events management
• Competent in MS Office Suite software
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin & Cantonese to liaise with mandarin speaking partners is a plus
• Dynamic, versatile to work independently as an individual and be a team player
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good time management, positive attitude
