About the role
You will take charge of:
- Operational Excellence: Leading O&M teams to deliver routine and preventive maintenance within tight schedules and budget constraints.
- Safety & Compliance: Partnering with H&S leadership to enforce strict local regulations and drive continuous improvement.
- Client Management: Building strong client relationships, handling tender specifications, and spotting opportunities for commercial growth."
What you’ll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management and client relationship management
- Good leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
