- End-to-end Delivery: Own the lifecycle of automation initiatives from initial identification to successful implementation and handover.
- Process Optimization: Prioritize manual, repetitive processes across Operations to deliver significant time savings and cost reductions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business owners and developers to design and validate use cases aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Governance: Write detailed user stories, manage requirements, and track KPIs such as process accuracy and time saved.
- Culture & Training: Champion an automation mindset by conducting "Train the Trainer" programs and establishing best practices for long-term scalability.
- Technical Support: Utilize SQL and Microsoft Power Platform to provide hands-on assistance for automation and data visualization when required.
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of total professional experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3–5 years specifically focused on process automation or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and SQL. Exposure to Databricks or data engineering is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in process reengineering and driving measurable operational efficiency.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, with experience in training and enabling end-users.
