- Define and execute a unified technology strategy that harmonises regional business goals with the firm’s global digital transformation agenda.
- Serve as a high-level advisor to the Regional CEO and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technology investment cases.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of distribution technology projects, ensuring solutions are tailored to the nuances of major APAC markets.
- Lead regional solution discovery by identifying process efficiencies and leveraging data intelligence to improve client engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and project lifecycles, ensuring in-depth oversight of critical deployments and system enhancements.
- Champion organisational change by coaching business partners through the adoption of new platforms and innovative digital workflows.
skills & experience required.
- Significant leadership experience within Business Solutions or Technology Management within banking and financial services industry
- Deep expertise in Distribution Technology, CRM ecosystems, and client-facing digital tools.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organisations and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent linguistic capability in English; professional proficiency in a major regional language (such as Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly regarded given the regional remit.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in assessing ROI for technology spend and managing substantial project budgets.
