Are you an accomplished leader in Hong Kong's property development sector, seeking to helm significant, large-scale building projects from conception to completion? We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Director to join their building division arm.

This pivotal role demands a proven track record in leading complex, multi-faceted building developments within the unique Hong Kong market. You will be instrumental in driving project success, ensuring excellence in design, construction, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of large-scale building development projects in Hong Kong, from feasibility studies and land acquisition to design, construction, marketing, and handover.
Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Financial & Risk Management: Take full ownership of project budgets, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Navigate complex planning, building, and environmental regulations specific to Hong Kong, securing all necessary approvals and permits.
Design & Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of design, construction quality, and sustainability are met across all projects.
Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within Hong Kong's property development sector.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in large-scale building development in Hong Kong, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or directorial role within main contractor side.
Deep understanding of Hong Kong's property market dynamics, regulations, and construction practices.
Demonstrable success in delivering complex, high-value building projects on schedule and within budget.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related field is essential.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a strong asset.
