You will join the growing Digital Experience Team within the Global Marketing organisation. This cross-functional group acts as a bridge between marketing, design, technology, and data. The team is dedicated to the APAC region's digital success, focusing on building scalable platforms, ensuring data integrity, and democratising digital solutions to deliver best-in-class experiences for clients across various regions.

... - Measure, analyse, and report on marketing initiative performance to drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
- Support analytics projects, including tool implementation, marketing attribution, and tag management.
- Design and develop rapid Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) using emerging AI and MarTech tools to validate technical readiness and business value.
- Create business cases and visual demos to communicate risks and commercial opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operations across key platforms including AEM, Seismic, Marketo, and internal data systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to capture functional requirements from APAC stakeholders and agencies.
- Coordinate with local digital agencies to evaluate and implement new digital solutions across APAC markets.
- Identify gaps in digital assets and marketing workflows to improve stakeholder outcomes and creative delivery.
skills & experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience with a primary focus on the MarTech and digital marketing industry.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
- Proven experience with Content Management Applications (e.g., AEM), Email Platforms (e.g., Marketo), and Social Platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX/experience design principles and A/B testing methodologies.
- Technical familiarity with analytics tools and a proactive interest in exploring new AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and inspire stakeholders in an agile environment.
- A growth mindset with strong analytical problem-solving skills and a "self-starter" attitude.
