Lead digital marketing innovation with external partners to accelerate customer acquisition, reactivation, demand generation, and engagement.
Drive growth via ongoing optimization of digital channels, content, and targeting for Hong Kong and China.
Collaborate internally to align, develop, and execute consumer marketing strategies across owned channels.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive optimization towards business goals.
Monitor and report on competitor digital activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.
5+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Solid experience in performance marketing, social media, content marketing, digital ad campaigns, and business strategy support.
Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-maker.
Entrepreneurial, influential, and able to articulate new ideas.
Agile learner, comfortable in fast-paced environments, adept at managing complex projects.
Self-starting, creative, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail and accountability.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, and data mining for analysis.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
