We are partnering with property developer and they are seeking for Deputy Project Director to join the team. You will be responsible for taking full ownership of the project, including scope definition, planning, budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Taking full ownership of the project, including scope definition, planning, budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Acting as the primary point of contact and managing relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders, including developers, investors, governmental bodies, design consultants, contractors, and local partners in the oversea location.
Overseeing the design process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, and managing the value engineering process.
Leading the tender and procurement process, negotiating contracts, and managing general contractors and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Developing, tracking, and managing the project budget and cash flow forecasts, providing regular financial reporting to senior management and investors.
Ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and compliance requirements from local authorities in the oversea location are met.
skills & experiences required.
... - A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 12-14 years of progressive experience in project management, Experience managing oversea or international projects is highly advantageous.
Deep understanding of the full property development life-cycle, including design management, procurement, construction methodology, quality control, and commissioning.
- Good leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities with a focus on problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Willingness to undertake frequent travel
